How a producer gets verified.

Every producer in the matching pool passes a license check before your request can reach them -- not after. Here is exactly what that check does.

01

The check happens before a producer can receive anything

QuoteVault checks every producer's National Producer Number (NPN) and state license against Alabama's own licensing registries before a single quote request can reach them. It is not a self-reported credential — it is checked against the state's own record.

02

An unverified license earns no leads

If a producer's NPN or license does not check out against the state registry, that producer is not added to the matching pool. No quote request is ever routed to them.

03

Verification happens before your relay number even exists

The producers eligible to reach you are already confirmed, licensed Alabama producers before QuoteVault generates a relay number for your request. License verification is a precondition of the match, not a step that happens after you have already been contacted.

04

The same check applies to every coverage type

Whether you are requesting an auto, home, renters, or life quote, the producers matched to your request are verified, state-licensed Alabama producers — the same standard, every time.

05

QuoteVault checks licenses; it does not hold one

QuoteVault is not an insurance company or agency. It does not sell, underwrite, or bind coverage, and it holds no producer license of its own. The producers in the matching pool are the ones who do that work, and they are the ones being checked.
